What is Longevity Lounge?

An upscale private wellness studio in London ON offering sauna, cold plunge, red light, and compression therapy, designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more ready for the challenges and opportunities of life.

Think of Longevity Lounge as your private Nordic spa.

Do I need a membership to book?

No. Anyone can book a single session at any time. For first-timers, we recommend our Discovery Pass (introductory rate for 3 sessions of any service you like).

Where are you located?

2175 Richmond St Unit 5 London, ON N6G 3V9 (Google Map).

Free parking is available.

How long is each session?

Our signature sauna & cold plunge sessions are 50 minutes (so are sauna-only sessions). The red light and compression therapy sessions last 30 minutes. You can book multiple sessions back to back if you want to stay longer. You need to book ahead of time and availability may vary.

Can beginners come?

Definitely. Everything is beginner-friendly, and our team will guide you. Call us if you would like guidance on where to begin.

FIRST VISIT
What should I bring?

A swimsuit and water. We provide everything else.

What should I wear for red light or compression therapy?

Comfortable clothing that allows flexibility. Swimsuit is ideal for red light therapy, and athletic clothing for compression.

Do I need to arrive early?

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your session to settle in.

Is there staff guiding me?

Yes. We have trained, professional and courteous customer service experts available at all times. Our team will explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. You can book multiple spots in the same session. Up to 3 people can go together per sauna/cold plunge session. In fact, we recommend going with someone, as it becomes a  memorable shared experience.

PACKAGES & BILLING
How do packages work?

Choose a plan (Discovery Pass, Weekly Rituals, Monthly Practices, Unlimited Access). Your credits unlock access to all core therapies.

Do credits expire?

Credits on recurring plans reset monthly and session package credits expire after 3-6 months. Gift cards expire after 12 months.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Remaining credits are prorated.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions may be canceled or rebooked up to 24 hours in advance. After that, there is no cancellation and the full fee will be charged with no-shows.

Can I share my package with someone else?

Yes, you can. This is one of the benefits of getting session packages or a membership: you can share it with others.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Is the cold plunge safe?

Yes, when used properly. Our staff explains safe timing and breathing. Avoid if you have medical conditions or are pregnant. If you are in need of medical guidance, speak to your doctor first before booking at Longevity Lounge.

Is sauna safe for beginners?

Yes, as long as your doctor deems it safe for you. Start with shorter rounds, and then build up.

Do you sanitize the plunge and sauna?

Yes. Our equipment is cleaned and treated after each session. You will always enter a refreshed space.

Who shouldn’t use heat or cold therapy?

If you have cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, a medical condition, or are pregnant, consult a physician first.

Is red light therapy safe for the eyes?

We recommend protective eyewear and provide it on-site.

SCHEDULING
How do I book?

Can I adjust the time of my session?

Yes, you can add more sessions through your account dashboard. The minimum for sauna/hot is 50 minutes and you cannot book less than that.

What if I’m late?

You may join for the remainder of the session. Sessions cannot be extended unless booked ahead of time.

Do sessions run on a fixed schedule?

Yes. Available slots are displayed in real-time on our booking platform.

Can I see availability without creating an account?

Yes. Booking visibility is public.

THERAPY-SPECIFIC
How hot is the sauna?

Always set to 194 °F.

How cold is the plunge?

Usually between 4–8 °C.

How long should I stay in the cold plunge?

Start with 1–2 minutes. Work up gradually.

What are the benefits of red light therapy?

Reduced inflammation, improved skin quality, boosted energy, and mental clarity. Can also help with muscle injury recovery, and stimulating collagen growth.

What does compression therapy help with?

Circulation, muscle recovery, and lymphatic support. Helps relax the muscles, especially after heavy workouts.

EXPERIENCE & ENVIRONMENT
Can I use my phone?

We recommend keeping screen-based devices away to support a calm environment. You can use your phone inside the sauna/cold plunge rooms for music with our bluetooth speakers.

Is the space mixed-gender?

Yes. The environment is respectful and designed for everyone.
